Winemaking Sourced from three parcels throughout Pommard, the largest one being Les Noizons (situated above 1er Cru Les Pezerolles), the other two being Croix Blanche and Poisot. Very low yields and rather old vines.
10 days of semi-carbonic vinification in stainless steel, sugars finished in old barrels, where the wine ages for 9 months.
Tasting Note 2021 is quite different compared to the previous vintages of this wine. While it offers incredible concentration and balance, it isn’t quite as dark fruited and generous as 2020, but more perfumed and delicate. Lovely tension on the palate, culmination on a very long, mineral finish.
